Rime is a methodical, contemplative puzzle game we mostly enjoyed. Despite how easy the puzzles were, the world and story of a boy washed up on a desolate, mysterious island pulled us through its relatively short run time. PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC owners were already able to see what the game was about back in May, and Switch owners will be able to get in on the adventure this November.
Developer Tequilaworks and publisher Grey Box have announced the Switch version of the game will release on November 14 in the United States and November 17 in Europe. The game will retail for $30 digitally, with a special physical edition (which includes the official soundtrack) selling for $40.
Rime is definitely the kind of game you can play on an airplane round trip, so seeing it come to Switch by the end of this year is welcome news.
